What is a 53-man roster?

Each NFL team must trim its training-camp roster to 53 active players before the regular season. Build your own cut-day roster for any team and decide who makes the final 53.

Do you include the practice squad and emergency QB?

Yes. You can enable a 16-player practice squad and a third emergency quarterback in addition to the 53 active roster spots.

Where does the player data come from?

Rosters are pulled live from ESPN's public NFL API, so the player pool reflects the current offseason or in-season roster of each franchise.
